HIJRAS TO GET PENSION FROM NOW

The AP Cabinet has decided to set up nine new zones in Andhra Pradesh. Its approval will be sent to the Governor soon. Also, the 2014 Police Act amendment has been approved. The Cabinet meeting was chaired by Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Saturday evening.

Several Cabinet Ministers participated in the meeting. In this cabinet meeting, they decided to give Hijras a pension of fifteen hundred rupees. Also, they decided to give house lands and ration cards and loans for starting small businesses.

If this gets approved. Hijras get a social recognition and they can earn on their own. Great move by our Andhra Government. Let’s wait and see what will happen at last
