The CRDA officials allocated villa flats to the farmers of the capital region who gave up their lands under landpooling for Amaravati. The villa flats were to be given away in February last year, but there was some delay in identifying land for village in the capital area.

Now, the plots are being given for the farmers from Kuragallu, Neerukonda, Nidamarru and Navuluru villages. 177 plots have been given away to 145 farmers. Each farmer has been given no less than 500 sq. yards.The registration of these lands would be done immediately, according to the CRDA authorities. CRDA land director Chenna Kesava Rao, Neerugonda, Kuragallu deputy director Yesu Ratnam, Navuluru deputy collector Lalitha, Mangalagiri ZPTC member Akula Jayasatya, CRDA planning official Nageswara Rao and others were present.
