A woman arrested a girl named Deepthi in Guntur for cheating NRIs in the name of marriage.A software engineer from America lodged a complaint on her amd she was arrested and taken to Brodipet police station.
She created fake account in matrimonial site and attracted the NRIs.She took 1.6lakhs from a person called Dharani Kumar.She gained several contacts with the help of a US based software engineer.
Police said Deepti also cheated several persons on the pretext of marriages and the cases were pending in the state.
