Jio withdraws Summer surprise Offer
A Black Day for Youngsters as the TRAI ( Telecom Regulatory Authority of India ) has made an advisory suggestion to Jio Infocomm for withdraws Jio Summer Surprise Offer. Though the Company plans to extend their Complimentary service for about 3 months the TRAI has made objection got this proposal and advised to withdraw the offer.
Jio officially Accepted this Decision from TRAI and said Jio is in the process of fully complying with the regulator’s advice and will be withdrawing the three months complimentary benefits of Jio Summer Surprise as soon as operationally feasible, over the next few days,”
On the 31st march, Jio had announced its Summer Surprise offer to all Prime members to make them more surprise of their first recharge payment of Rs 303 plans got three months’ complimentary services in addition to the benefits of their purchased plan.
Though Jio Stated that within one month of period around 72 million are subscribed for prime membership to avail various benefits in various plans
Reasons Behind The withdrawal of this Offer
By applying this Summer surprise Offer Airtel Looses 45000 crores so it complained about this offer to TRAI and requested to make a withdrawal of this Offer.
