Fertilizer,chemicals and shipping departments are also part of this project said Minister Mandaviya. State government had already aquired the land needed to built ORR(Outer Ring Road).
District officials conducted a review meet in Visakhapatnam. Minister Mandaviya said that 800 Kms of national highways will be upgraded and Rs 1,000 croe has been sanctioned. Pending expansion of four-lane bypass got a green singal with Rs 430 crore alloted. Visakhapatnam Junction Convent alloted Rs 60 crore for the development of the roads in the city.
