District Subscription Forum on Friday has passed final Judgement for 2 different cases at various places
First case ;
Basher Ahmed belongs to Brodipet area and last year he has joined his daughter in one of the private college for the studying Charted Accountant and basher has paid 13,500 rupees but 2 days later his daughter said “she doesn’t like to study CA and the college is forcing her to study her and join in seminars ” . The fluctuating teen was not able concentrate on her studies and she left the college . Basher Ahmed had complained regarding the college management behaviour to district Forum and on friday the Final Judgement was passed on this case that ” the amount paid by Basher Ahmed should be refunded and to this another 10,000 for compensation and 1500 to be paid for processing fees all money should be refund immediately “.
Another Case :
For another case the District Forum has passed final judgement as per the Reports ” Venakat rao who belongs to Tenali rural Area had purchased 2 Flats on the year 2014 from Prakash Infra real estate company and had 8.5 lakhs to purchase flats but the government has not granted permission for this real estate company to build apartments . Venkat rao has passed various notices regarding flats registration but the estate company is not responding and not trying to refund his money . So the hopeless victim filed case against the company and the final judgement was passed by District Forum to Refund 8.5 lakhs immediately in addition to this another 1 lakh to be paid as compensation and another 5000 to be paid for remaining processing fees and passed final judgment by the president B.Ramarao and Commitee member Sunitha
