It was aware that the govt declared 3 days holidays for all govt and corporate schools in the state because of the excess heat in the atmosphere and climatic changes.Some corporate schools defied the orders from govt and conducted classes for the students.Student Federation of India(SFI) noticed this and complained to the ministry.Oxford public school and Ravindra Bharathi public school in Brindavan gardens got fined for conducting classes for 10th class students.Some schools still open on Tuesday,saying that they were not aware of the notice.

Even the Oxford school authorities found selling books and stationary in the school.The ministry seieze their goods and imposed 1lakh fine on them.The SFI’s district committee president, P Manoj Kumar, and secretary, V Bhagvan Das, said they visited many private schools in Guntur city, Narasararaopet, Sattenapalli, Piduguralla and Mangalagiri and found that the classes were ongoing.He complained to DEO and asked the govt to take actions against them.
