Sujata Shroff(driver of the car) has been arrested on charges of rash driving and culpable homicide not claiming to murder. Sujata shroff claimed she felt dizzy and lost control of the vehicle.
The car hit the family around 2:45 pm while they were standing on the divider in the middle of the road waiting to cross the road. Most of the vehicles in the video slowed down, but all of sudden a vehicle, driven by Shroff, rammed into the divider resulting two in the group moved more than 30 feet away.
The three others, who are still battling for their lives at a nearby hospital, have been recognised as Sajid Shaik, his sis Nisha and her 4-year-old son Syed Ali
