we know guntur has gained popularity in recent times and once again it is in news due to its residential flat rates. Recently , the Chief Minister of Andhra pradesh has announced about the relocation of all departments from Hyderabad to Guntur.
Hike in residential flats rates
This decision of the government raise demand for apartments here in the guntur. The demand for hundreds of flats on Inner Ring Road and gorantla has picked up with most of the personnel preferring these locations in view of direct connectivity to Amaravati Road.
The price of flats is ranging from Rs 15,000 – 20,000 which used to be between Rs 8,000 -10,000. On the other hand, some of the key departments like Department of Municipal Administration , Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University and Open School offices , have already been functioning from residential flats on the Inner Ring Road.
In June , the marketing departments of Agriculture and Horticulture would start functioning from the existing buildings at Chuttugunta. This has created the demand for accommodation at Syamala Nagar and Housing Board Colony at Nallapadu too.
Realtors and brokers looks to cash the suituation when there is demand. Soon guntur to be seen as fully functional capital of Andhra pradesh.
But the employees might face difficulty due to these high rates and demand. Hope government would take measures to rectify these kind of problems and helps out employees and their families.
