Intermediate results were received yesterday and our Guntur acheived a very good pass percentage i.e., 76%.As expected the girl students have outperformed their counterparts (boys) in the Intermediate first year exams that declared today around 12:30 pm. In the first year, 67 percent girls passed the exam against 57 percent of boys.
New grading system was introduced this year in calculating academic result.Krishna and Nellore are the two districts ahead of Guntur with 84% and 77% respectively.t may be noted that the Andhra Government had introduced the grading system for the first time this year. The no of girls appeared for the exam was 2,36,918 and 1,57,552 were passed.The no of boys appeared for exam was 2,41,703 and 1,38,339 were passed.the students who are not satisfied can apply for recounting.
As the results around the colleges started publicity in electronic media.And the CA colleges and Engineering colleges started fishing of students.
