ACA(Andhra Cricket Association) International Cricket Stadium is under construction in Mangalagiri of our Guntur district.It is constructed in 24acres with a seating capacity of 40,000.The stadium will include club house and indoor cricket academy.Its going to be eco friendly stadium with Polycarbonate sheets as the roof.
The foundation was laid by VVS Laxman in 2013.Ninety percent of works at East and West galleries are completed.South galary is completed 30% and North galary work has to be started as per a source.
The project first started with a budget of 55cr.Now 110 cr is needed for the completion of remaining works and will be ready for an international match in 2019.
