Mada Sivaprasanna babu a farmer from Bukkapuram attempted suicide in Collector’s greivance hall infront of officials yesterday.Recently we witnessed a farmer suicide at collectorate and a farmer named Ch.Raja selfie video threatening of suicide.Again after 3 days another farmer tried to immolate his life by pouring petrol on him.
Prasanna Babu said that he completed degree and doing agriculture from past 10 years.He incurred heavy losses in farming.He was in debt of 8lakhs to various money lenders.Babu met the Chief Minister in October last year and explained his situation and requested loan to set up a dairy farm.The Chief Minister directed the district administration to sanction the loan of 25,000 but the officials didn’t responded.Vexed with the behaviour of officials he decided to take this extreme step and end his life.
When he tried to attempt suicide on him the officials near him stopped his attempt.Later the collector ordered the bank officials to grant him the loan as soon as possible.
